With technology evolving, marketing has become an essential element to the success of businesses throughout the world. Our mission as the University of Rhode Island's Chapter of the American Marketing Association is to supplement and advance the knowledge of URI's business students through experiential learning and creating opportunities to help students transition into the business world.
Our Mission:
URI AMA is a student run organization, and we can't run it without your help as a student! This club meets weekly and provides many opportunities for students to apply the knowledge and skills that they learn in the classroom to real world scenarios. With connections to the College of Business Administration faculty and staff, URI AMA is also a great network group to professionals that can help students connect with employers as they look ahead to graduation. Meet students with similar interests and become part of a community of dream seeking individuals.

EVERYONE! Whether you are a marketing major, psycology major, or even a science major, everyone is welcome and encouraged to join AMA! Marketing is an essential skill for anyone and can be applicable to many different fields of study and careers.
